For years I'd been thinking I should try Pilates, but for some reason was intimidated and not sure it was something I could do. I have many aches and pains from injuries I've suffered which have interfered with other forms of exercise I've tried in the past. I started taking private lessons from Christina and am so glad I have finally done this for myself! I can tell it is helping me! Christina is a professional, knowledgeable and well-certified instructor who carefully individualizes things to your needs. I am hooked and definitely see myself continuing! And she has inspired me to improve my overall health...I've also participated in the monthly "challenges". In September I did the Clean Eating Challenge and am still eating clean. I've lost 14 lbs and am back at my normal weight. I also did the 10 Day Sugar Detox, the Portion Control Challenge, and just finished the Holiday Challenge to exercise daily! I highly recommend Christina and Pilates, Core & More! One of the best things I've done for myself!

As an active, older female, I appreciate the way Christina challenges me. Age is not a barrier in her classes, and I feel strong, healthy and positive because of Christina's manner of teaching. I appreciate the way she modifies Pilates to meet individual needs. I especially enjoy taking her "duet class".

I have been going to Christina for semi-private pilates sessions, barre classes and group circuit classes for at least three years and couldn't be more pleased with Christina's level of expertise, professionalism and caring nature! Pilates, Core and More is located at 20291 Wirt Street, in Elkhorn, NE in the Ace Hardware parking lot. Our equipment includes a Cadillac, a 2 V2Max Plus Reformers, 2 SPX Max Plus Reformers, 2 Stability Chairs, a Spine Corrector, and a Barrel. There is parking available directly in front of the studio for your convenience.
Christina does a great job at giving you a tough workout but making it different every time. I always feel the areas we targeted the next day. Christina is a great Pilates instructor!!!!

Christina Diers is a very thorough and detailed trainer. She guides you through each class with great precision. I highly recommend you call or sign up for a class if you are interested in Pilates, Barre classes, Circuit training, etc. You will not be disappointed!

I was fairly new to pilates when I started going to Pilates, Core and More and Christina has made pilates fun along with helping my body. She always comes up with new and different routines to challenge you but isn't out to make you sore like some workouts. She is always willing to show you how to do moves correctly and works with you if you just can't get it - until you do. I have to travel frequently and Christina tries to work with my schedule so I don't have to miss a session if she can. Pilates, Core and More is equipped with everything you need and is a friendly atmosphere. Christina just puts you into a pilates high!!
Christina at Pilates Core & More is a true professional who is a certified trainer and pilates instructor. As primarily a full marathon and 50k runner, I developed plantar fasciitis this summer and have had to take an extended break from my running. This time off from my favorite sport has been very difficult for me but I now know my lack of flexibility and balance in my training may have caused the condition. Christina not only understands the pilates and core workouts she teaches but shares her years of experience and education on how the muscles work and why the various exercises are beneficial. Her sessions are very individualized and she takes great care to get to know her clients' needs, limitations and goals. In addition to a challenging work out, I learn a lot from her during our sessions which makes me feel very comfortable that these classes are time well spent! I am already feeling relief from my plantar fasciitis by combining PT with pilates from Pilates Core & More. I recommend these classes and personally value Christina's professionalism, energy and knowledge of nutrition, physiology and muscle movement. It really is the total package if you are looking for results.
Great trainer that focuses on form and results. She challenges you while also keeping in mind your personal quirks,motives, body aches (when applicable) and goals. Changes up routines and equipment that cause the sessions to fly by! Always in chipper mood and very professional too!
Christina Diers, M.S. has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. She started teaching classes at the local YMCA when she was in high school, then she taught classes at various locations throughout her college career.
In 1994, she passed the Exercise Physiologist exam through the American College of Sports Medicine and received a Bachelor of Science in Education with endorsements in Physical Education and English from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. After teaching high school for a couple of years, she decided to work on her masters and begin personal training. She received a Masters of Science in Health Education in 2005 from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
As part of her continuing education, she took STOTT Pilates mat training in 2003. She eventually completed her training through STOTT on the Reformer and was certified in October of 2011. She continued her training on the Cadillac, Stability Chair, and Barrels as well as Injuries and Special Populations training, and passed all examinations required to become a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor.
In her career, she has taught a variety of fitness classes including Equipment Pilates, Mat Pilates, Aerial Silks, Core and Strength classes, Preschool fitness, Older Adult Fitness, Pre-Natal Fitness, and more. She wrote a fitness column for the Fremont Tribune and has had many speaking engagements. She enjoys sharing her passion for Pilates and healthy living with her clients and she hopes to be a source of information and inspiration to others.

Christina is a wonderful pilates instructor. I always feel that I receive a fabulous workout whether we use the reformer, Cadillac, tower or chair. Each workout it excellent and honed to your specific capability whether advanced or beginner. She is a great communicator and pays specific attention to form so that you maximize your workout. I've been doing pilates since 1999 and Christina is one of the very best......all instructors are Not created equal. I'm blessed to be in her class.
